If your team is looking for a periodised training plan to enable them to be more competitive we have over 25 years’ experience in working with teams and squads. Our performance manager Dave Bell has held the position of head of Strength & Conditioning for two Premiership Rugby Clubs (Harlequins FC & Bristol Rugby). He has also been responsible for the Strength & Conditioning for Bury FC And Preston North End FC.
After the initial consultation a series of physical tests will be devised for the team / squad and from the results an individualised Strength & Conditioning plan for all the squad members will be designed, as no two people are the same neither should all the team be following the same Strength & Conditioning plan.
