Dave is a Level 3 British Weightlifting Coach and has developed many successful lifters over the years.
2 of Dave’s sons are professional Rugby Union players.

Barry is a fully qualified Personal trainer who has been working in the sport and fitness industry for 10 years.
Barry gained a BA Hons in Physical Education from Leeds Metropolitan University and from there went on to gain a level 3 qualification in personal training.
On a sporting level Barry has played cricket at county level as a junior, and has played rugby union at club 1st xv and rugby league at university level.
Before working for Dave Bell, Barry worked as a personal trainer for total fitness and FX leisure.
Barry has gained invaluable experience working alongside Dave and has assisted in the training of Preston North End and Leigh Rugby League as well as professional boxers and MMA fighters.
As a personal trainer Barry has worked with a wide range of clients, from a professional level to the complete novice. Whatever your goal or aspiration, Barry can help you get there.
Barry is a qualified spinning instructor, able to give clients nutritional advice and is certified in first aid at Sportesse.
