Dave is a Level 3 British Weigh­tlif­ting Coach and has developed many successful lifters over the years.

2 of Dave’s sons are professional Rugby Union players.

Barry Greenwood
Personal Trainer

Barry is a fully qualified Personal trainer who has been working in the sport and fitness industry for 10 years.

Barry gained a BA Hons in Physical Education from Leeds Metropolitan University and from there went on to gain a level 3 quali­fica­tion in personal training.

On a sporting level Barry has played cricket at county level as a junior, and has played rugby union at club 1st xv and rugby league at university level.

Before working for Dave Bell, Barry worked as a personal trainer for total fitness and FX leisure.

Barry has gained invaluable experience working alongside Dave and has assisted in the training of Preston North End and Leigh Rugby League as well as professional boxers and mma fighters.­ 

As a personal trainer Barry has worked with a wide range of clients, from a professional level to the complete novice. Whatever your goal or aspiration, Barry can help you get there.

Barry is a qualified spinning instructor, able to give clients nutritional advice and is certified in first aid at work.

 

Emma Fletcher

Biography:

emma fletcher sportesse ptEmma is a highly experienced, state registered chartered phy­si­ot­he­rap­ist. She has spent the last 11 years working in professional sport and 5 years increasing her private practice experience. 
She has mainly been responsible for the treatment of Wigan Warriors Rugby League team, but also headed the medical team at Orrell Rugby Union during their professional years.

She has been consulted by a number of elite athletes in other sporting fields who have benefited from her specialist expertise. However, she has enjoyed developing a role in applying her knowledge of treating elite personnel to the general public and her skill can be of benefit to all. 
Emma is uniquely placed to provide our clients with a bespoke service to support them in achieving their goals – from initial assessment and on-going maintenance to rehabi­lita­ti­on and treatment of injuries and pain.

Whatever the problem Emma will endeavour to diagnose the condition and underlying cause then provide a top class service to help you return to pain free living and optimal performance.
