Our Performance Manager Dave Bell is a level 3 British Weigh­tlif­ting coach and has developed many lifters over the years. If you are interested in learning how to become proficient in these challenging movements and see where it can take you, then this is the place to learn. Olympic We­igh­tlif­ting is a skill, and skills need to be learned. This takes time and dedication.
